Returns & Exchanges

At Casatlantic, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if your trousers are not quite right, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to avoid permanent creasing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
